1. Who we are

PhoenixTechs ("we", "us") is a software development company based at Office 84, Room B, 1 Roxy Square, El Montazah 2, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. You can reach us at [email protected] or +20 106 968 3986.

2. Our services

We design, build, integrate and maintain software, including web platforms, SaaS products, mobile and desktop applications, e-commerce apps and plugins, AI solutions, smart-device systems and cloud infrastructure.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

3. Proposals and quotes

Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work not listed in the approved scope is a change request and may affect cost and timeline; we will confirm any change with you in writing before starting it.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, milestones and payment schedules are defined in each agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated on them.

We may pause work on a project while an invoice is overdue. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, app store accounts, paid APIs and licences are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access, accounts and timely feedback needed for the project, and you confirm you have the right to use any material you give us. Delays in providing these may shift the timeline.

6. Intellectual property

Once the project is paid in full, you own the custom source code and deliverables we create specifically for you.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your delivered product. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

Unless you ask us not to, we may mention your company name and a general description of the project in our portfolio, without disclosing confidential information.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public business, technical or personal information received from the other, and use it only for the project. This obligation continues after the project ends.

8. Warranty and support

We fix defects in the delivered work that are reported within the warranty period stated in the agreement, at no extra cost. Ongoing maintenance, hosting management and new features are provided under a separate support agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

Software is provided as described in the agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, or for failures of third-party services outside our control.

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

10. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice if the other materially breaches the agreement and does not remedy it within 14 days. Work completed up to the termination date is payable, and we will hand over the work you have paid for.

11. Use of this website

The content of this website is for general information. You may not copy, misuse or attempt to disrupt the website. Information you send through our forms is used only to respond to your request.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Signed agreements are not affected by later changes unless both parties agree.
