The challenge

The platform needed to handle real commercial activity at scale, processing thousands of orders during high-activity sales without losing order accuracy, overselling stock, or breaking fulfilment workflows.

Our solution

We built a Laravel backend around authenticated flows, Redis-backed async processing, payment callback handling with Fawaterk, real-time inventory tracking, and automated shipping integration via Bosta. Supervisor manages queue workers to keep order processing reliable under load.

The results

The platform has processed over EGP 21 million in sales across 100K+ orders from 90K+ customers, handling up to 10,000 orders on high-activity days with zero order loss.
