The challenge
Useful city information for Obour residents was fragmented across social media and word-of-mouth. Business listings were inconsistent, and residents needed faster local discovery than generic platforms could offer.
Our solution
We built a complete ecosystem: a Laravel API with geospatial data pipeline, a Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android with offline support, a Next.js website for SEO and web discovery, and CDN infrastructure for media delivery. The system supports Arabic-first search, location-based discovery, and business verification workflows.
The results
The platform passed 397 Laravel tests and 143 Flutter tests with clean analysis, establishing a quality-first foundation for the city guide ecosystem.
