The challenge
Providing SIM and eSIM services to large numbers of international visitors required self-service kiosks that could handle the full purchase and activation flow without staffed counters.
Our solution
We built a Laravel backend integrating with the stc activation API and coordinating seven kiosk hardware components, from display and payment terminal to SIM dispenser. A Filament admin dashboard manages kiosk operations, inventory, and activation status across all deployed machines.
The results
The platform integrates SIM/eSIM sales with stc activation in a fully automated kiosk flow, eliminating the need for staffed telecom counters during high-traffic periods.
